High Efficiency 90m3/h Stationary Concrete Batching Plant Concrete Mixing Plant
The Bucket Type Concrete Batching Plant mainly consists of five major systems: mixer, material weighing system, material conveying system, material storage system, and control system, as well as other ancillary facilities. It is equipped with the necessary devices for storage, batching, conveying, stirring, control and other functions related to various raw materials required for precast concrete production. These raw materials include aggregates, powders, admixtures and water. The plant provides a complete set of equipment for supplying concrete in a concentrated manner rather than by using a mixer.
Fixed concrete batching device consists of aggregate batching system, aggregate conveying system, batching system, mixing system, electrical control system, water supply system, air supply system, additive supply system, cement conveyor belt, cement bin and so on. Suitable for construction site and commercial concrete products.
The fixed concrete batching device can be divided into skip lifting type and belt conveyor according to the aggregate feeding mode. The capacity of concrete batching device of skip hoist can reach 25/35/50/75 m3/h, and the capacity of concrete batching device of belt conveyor can reach 60/90/120/180/240 m3/h.
