High Efficiency 90m3/h Stationary Concrete Batching Plant Concrete Mixing Plant
The Bucket Type Concrete Batching Plant mainly consists of five major systems: mixer, material weighing system, material conveying system, material storage system, and control system, as well as other ancillary facilities. It is equipped with the necessary devices for storage, batching, conveying, stirring, control and other functions related to various raw materials required for precast concrete production. These raw materials include aggregates, powders, admixtures and water. The plant provides a complete set of equipment for supplying concrete in a concentrated manner rather than by using a mixer.
According to the aggregate feeding method, the stationary concrete batching plant can be categorized into two types: Skip hoist type and belt conveyor type. The capacity of the Skip hoist type concrete batching plant can be 25/35/50/75 m3/h, and the capacity of belt conveyor type concrete batching plant can be 60/90/120/180/240 m3/h.

1. It adopts a combined structure and unitized module, which allows for quick and convenient installation and demolition.
2. The unloading angle of the aggregate bin has been increased to solve the problem of difficulties in unloading caused by rain.

5. The mixing machine utilizes a twin-shaft forced mixing main machine, delivering strong mixing performance, uniformity, and high productivity.
6. Excellent pneumatic components, electrical components, etc., are employed to ensure equipment reliability and accurate metering performance.
7. Each maintenance and repair site is equipped with a walking platform or check ladder, offering sufficient operation space for easy maintenance and repair.
8. Environmental protection measures include energy-saving features such as pulse dust removal system and recycling waste-water for reuse.
